Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active CBRF Certification (required).
• CNA a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
• Basic computer skills for charting and communication.
• Previous caregiving or long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, meals, and toileting.
• Maintain clean, safe resident living spaces and assist with linens and items.
• Complete required documentation accurately for clear communication.
• Follow CBRF regulations and facility policies.
• Observe changes in residents' conditions and report promptly.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and prescribed exercises.
• Engage residents in activities to promote independence and well-being.
• Respond quickly to resident requests and call lights.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and care team to deliver holistic care.
• Perform additional duties to support daily operations.
