Job summary

Interim HealthCare of the Fox Cities and East Central Wisconsin is seeking dependable CBRF caregivers/Med Techs for PRN staffing across Appleton, Oshkosh, and Brillion. Base pay starts at $15.50–$17.00 per hour, with performance bonuses and weekend incentives that can raise earnings to $22.00 per hour.

Candidates with CBRF certifications and an active CNA license may qualify for the top rate. Bonuses include retention and referral programs; weekend hours boost earnings further.

Qualifications

• 1 year caregiving experience preferred
• Wisconsin CBRF certifications and CNA license may qualify for top base rate
• Active CNA license highly valued for higher base pay

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers
• Administer medications per training and facility policy
• Assist residents with meals and dining needs
• Provide light housekeeping and resident-care support
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition
• Document and communicate with clinical staff and care team
