Job summary

Interim HealthCare of the Fox Cities is seeking dependable CBRF Caregivers/Med Techs for PRN staffing across Appleton, Oshkosh, and Brillion. Base pay starts at $15.50–$17.00/hour with weekend bonuses up to $22.00/hour based on performance. Certifications and CNA license can boost rate.

Includes bonus programs for retention and referrals. You will provide hands-on care under clinical staff, assist with ADLs, medications, meals, and resident comfort while following care plans and safety

Qualifications

• Caregiving: 1 year preferred.
• Active CNA license is a plus.
• Valid Wisconsin CBRF certifications required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers).
• Administer medications per training and facility policy.
• Assist residents with meals and dining needs.
• Provide light housekeeping and resident-care support.
• Respond to resident needs and call lights promptly.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Observe and report changes to clinical staff.
• Follow care plans and maintain professional communication.
