Job summary

Kalman & Company, Inc. seeks a full-time Chemical Biological Radiological Defense (CBRD) Database & Lifecycle Management Systems Analyst. This in-office role is located on board the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Panama City, FL.

The Analyst ensures software products meet requirements, are configured properly, and distributed to end users. The role interfaces with designated Navy authorities, uploads JACKS-RW submissions, updates the CLT, reviews data for accuracy, generates validation reports,

Qualifications

Be at least 18 years old.
Be a U.S. Citizen.
An Active Secret Clearance or higher.
Have a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
Be able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist Navy groups with uploading submissions to JACKS-RW using a Microsoft Access-based tool.
Update the Contract Lot Tool (CLT) with U.S. Navy inventory submissions.
Review submissions for accuracy and identify data anomalies.
Generate data validation reports and distribute to appropriate groups.
Maintain the U.S. Navy CBRD Information site on MyNavy Portal.
Collaborate with Program and Commodity Area POCs to keep content current.
Test Life Cycle Management IT tools and release processes.
Develop and maintain internal reference guides, user manuals, and papers.
