Job summary

Joint Research and Development is seeking a candidate to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center's Chemical, Biological, Radiological Defense Division in Indian Head, Maryland. The candidate will provide program analysis for Medical CBRD Detection Systems and lead research to improve Navy capabilities.

Successful candidates will have a relevant Ph.D., MS, or BS degree with multiple years of applicable experience. Strong knowledge in analytical chemistry and familiarity with governmental regulations are essential.

Qualifications

• Lead and perform research in a government laboratory.
• Experience collaborating with teams.
• Familiar with regulations such as CLIA and BSAT.

Responsibilities

• Provide program analysis support for Medical CBRD Detection Systems.
• Facilitate material development for Ex Med.
• Review technical publications related to Chemical and Biological Defense.
