Job summary

The Federal Reserve Board is seeking a Deputy Associate Director for the Community Banking Organization in Washington, DC. You will lead the CBO portfolio strategy, supervise operations, and act as the primary liaison for Board and Reserve Bank leadership on critical matters.

You will coordinate across interagency lines, oversee risk- and policy-related discussions, and represent the Board at internal and external engagements, including matters involving problem banks and supervisory decisions.

Responsibilities

• Set and manage execution of the CBO portfolio supervisory strategy and program.

• Coordinate CBO portfolio monitoring, reporting, and interagency coordination.
• Serve as the single point of contact for Board and Reserve Bank senior leaders.
• Escalate key supervisory matters to the Deputy Director for Supervision.
• Represent the Board in internal/external speaking engagements and meetings.
