Job summary

Ahhmgt in DeQuincy, LA is seeking a full-time, on-site Billing Specialist to support Medicare/Medicaid and commercial insurance billing and collections in a team environment. General Requirements:

Experience:

Two (2) years’ experience in any of the following:

• Medicare, Medicaid or Commercial Insurance billing and/or collections.
• Retail collections.
• Insurance Company health claims processing or customer service.
• Knowledge of third-party payer policies and procedures preferred.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• College education and/or trade school education may be considered in lieu of formal experience.
