Job summary

The Wisconsin Department of Corrections is seeking a Reentry Interventions Specialist to develop and deliver evidence-based programs in areas such as Domestic Violence, Employment, Anger Management and CBT. You will conduct evaluations, implement case and treatment plans, and deliver primary programming to improve participants' success in program requirements.

This position offers a starting pay range of $29.94/hour to $35.03/hour, with a 12-month probation and a $5/hour add-on at Green Bay

Qualifications

• Experience administering and interpreting assessment instruments.
• Ability to communicate complex information verbally and in writing.
• Documentation and production of reports related to treatment.
• Deliver evidence-based social service programming.
• Facilitate group and individual counseling.
• Knowledge of cognitive behavioral methodologies and criminogenic needs.
• Proficiency with database and office software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based counseling and programming to participants.
• Develop and implement therapeutic interventions to improve program completion.
• Conduct evaluations and maintain treatment plans.
• Document progress and produce reports for oversight.
