Qualifications

• Knowledge of coatings and finishes for exterior building envelopes and water resistance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written/verbal project specifications.

Responsibilities

Role Description Caulkers at Freedom Waterproofing Tx perform hands-on waterproofing and sealing work on commercial buildings in the Greater Houston area. This full-time, on-site role involves applying caulking and sealants around windows, doors, joints, masonry, siding, and other exterior surfaces to prevent water intrusion. Day-to-day tasks include preparing work areas, cleaning and priming surfaces, selecting appropriate materials, and applying coatings and waterproofing systems according to project specifications. The role also requires working at height with proper safety equipment, following company safety procedures, and maintaining tools and equipment in good condition. Caulkers collaborate with supervisors and crew members to complete projects on schedule and to quality standards, while maintaining a clean and organized job site.
