Job summary

You will apply caulking and sealants around openings and joints, prepare surfaces, and follow project specifications on-site. Applicants should be able to work at height, use safety equipment, and collaborate with the crew to deliver quality work on schedule.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated waterproofing and caulking skills with proper sealants and joint treatments.
• Experience in surface preparation and repair for waterproofing projects.
• Ability to work safely at height using ladders, scaffolding and fall protection.
• Knowledge of coatings and finishes for exterior building envelopes and water resistance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written/verbal project specifications.
• Commitment to safety practices in accordance with OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Apply caulking and sealants around windows, doors, joints, masonry and siding.
• Prepare surfaces, select materials, and apply coatings per project specs.
• Maintain tools/equipment and keep a clean, organized job site.
• Work with supervisors and crew to complete projects on schedule and to standard quality.
• Follow safety procedures and use safety equipment when working at height.
