Breedr in Austin, Texas is hiring a commercially driven Cattle Marketing Manager to grow the cattle trading business by sourcing cattle, developing producer and feedyard relationships, and executing profitable trades. This hands-on sales role requires deep cattle market knowledge and the ability to close deals with producers and buyers.

You will maintain a rigorous CRM pipeline, use real‑time market data to set pricing, and collaborate with teams to align on strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in cattle marketing or related commercial roles.
• Strong knowledge of US cattle markets and feedyard economics.
• Existing relationships with cattle producers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
• Source cattle leads through calls, texts, platforms and auctions.
• Use market data to price trades and manage buyer/seller expectations.
• Build long-term relationships with cattle producers and feedyards.
• Log activities in CRM and maintain a rigorous pipeline.
