Job summary

The City of New York seeks an Associate Project Manager I for the Drinking Water Operations North, Catskill Operations, based in Ashokan, NY. You will support the operation, maintenance, and rehabilitation of the Croton, Catskill, and Delaware water systems, coordinating capital projects and design input.

Responsibilities include leading engineering teams, preparing specifications, and ensuring inspections and reporting align with agency policies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook and AutoCAD.
• FE exam passed and EIT certification.
• Experience with CMMS/Citytime or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as engineering team leader for Catskill Operations maneuvers and activities.
• Oversee all Capital Projects in the Region with design input and review.
• Initiate minor design and manage small regional projects.
• Prepare technical specifications and contract bid packages.
