Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop 3, 4 and 5 axis NC programs using Catia.
• Create setup and documentation for machine operators.
• Support AS9100 audits and ensure compliance.
• Translate drawings and data into part programs meeting specs.
• Ensure schedules and hours budgets for programming and prove-out.
• Assist engineering with part estimates for RFQs.
• Incorporate latest tech in machining and IT for process improvements.
• Ensure ERP data fields are complete and accurate.
