Job summary

GoEngineer is seeking a Technical Instructor to help customers maximize CATIA and 3DEXPERIENCE investments by delivering engaging training, developing educational content, and providing technical guidance. This remote U.S.-based role requires travel about 25%.

You will deliver CATIA V5 and 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA training in virtual, onsite, and classroom settings, assess learning needs, coach users, and develop course materials with the content team to support practical application and knowledge

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in CATIA V5 and/or 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA.
• 1–2 years of relevant industry experience; not entry-level.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, product development, or engineering workflows.
• Strong presentation, written communication, interpersonal, and instructional skills.
• Willingness to travel ~25% for training engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, design, education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver standard and customized CATIA V5 and 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA training in virtual, onsite, and classroom settings.
• Assess customer needs and recommend learning solutions based on business objectives and skill levels.
• Provide hands-on coaching in a supportive learning environment that promotes practical application and knowledge retention.
• Provide technical guidance and support for CATIA V5, 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA, CATIA-developed tools, and custom engineering workflows.
• Help customers solve engineering and design challenges while staying current on software enhancements and industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain course descriptions, learning objectives, training materials, and customer-specific content.
• Create self-paced and instructor-led learning content in collaboration with the digital content team and other internal partners.
• Assist with the management and maintenance of training resources, including manuals, learning platforms, and educational content libraries.
