The position requires a Master’s degree in educational administration (or progress) and relevant licensure, with responsibilities including master schedule planning, supervision, and ensuring compliance with school policies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in educational administration is required or in progress.
• 18 credit hours in educational administration and supervision or an equivalent state certificate.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a witness to Gospel values by modeling Catholic Church teachings.
• Supports and adheres to Religious Standards and Archdiocese policies.
• Maintains confidentiality regarding school matters.
• Supports and assists the principal and serves in the principal’s absence.
• Designs master schedule and assists with staff development planning.
• Oversees faculty/staff supervision and evaluates instruction.
• Communicates effectively with students, parents, and professionals.
• Monitors tardiness, absences, and students on probation.
• Performs other duties as assigned and collaborates to improve instruction.
