Job summary

Music Ministry International seeks a Catholic Religious Education Coordinator on a part‑time 1099 contract basis. The role focuses on delivering a comprehensive RE program aligned with Catholic teachings and guidance from the Second Vatican Council and the American bishops’ conferences.

Primary responsibilities include calendar management, event publicity, and CTOF budgeting, along with program development in collaboration with the Catholic Chaplain.

Qualifications

• Must be an active, practicing Roman Catholic in good standing with the Church.
• Three years experience working in an office environment or three years experience as a Religious Education Coordinator is preferred.
• Experience in teaching.
• Possess excellent organization and planning skills.
• Have basic word-processing skills.
• Must understand applicable Air Force Instructions and be familiar with the Chapel Tithes and Offerings Fund (CTOF).
• Functions as a team member with chaplains, staff, coordinators and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages the Catholic RE calendar and databases.
• Publicizes all Catholic RE events and activities.
• Develop an RE annual Chapel Tithes and Offerings Fund (CTOF) budget.
• Coordinate with the Catholic Chaplain to develop and implement RE programs, goals, policies, and procedures for all Goodfellow Catholic Community programs for children and adults.
