Job summary

Fr. Thomas F. Price Catholic High School in Wilmington, NC seeks an outstanding Principal to lead the new campus as its inaugural administrator.

The Principal will oversee spiritual and academic growth, marketing, recruitment, calendars, curricula, and staff hiring for the inaugural class in fall 2026. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Educational Administration/Leadership, have 5+ years of leadership in Catholic education, and hold or be eligible for NC DPI administrator licensure.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in education leadership or administration.
• Licensed or eligible administrator in NC.
• Minimum 5 years of instructional and administrative leadership experience.
• Experience in Catholic education preferred.
• Background checks and Safe-Environment training required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the school and lead marketing and student recruitment.
• Develop the school calendar, curricula and staff hiring processes.
• Lead the development of a supportive and inclusive school culture.
• Oversee budget management, strategic planning, and resource allocation.
• Engage with parents, students, and staff to foster community partnerships.
