Tanknology is seeking a Field Service Cathodic Protection Technician to travel across our multi-state region, inspecting fuel storage systems at commercial sites. Responsibilities

• Performing site inspections and technical assessments.
• Testing underground fuel storage tanks and piping systems.
• Installing and servicing cathodic protection equipment.
• Recording and analyzing test data using company software.
• Troubleshooting field issues and communicating findings with operations teams.
• Managing inventory and supplies in your company vehicle.
• Working independently after completing training.

What You’ll Do

Our Field Service and Cathodic Protection Technicians are the face of Tanknology in the field. You’ll work on fuel storage systems at commercial and industrial sites across the region using advanced testing equipment and proprietary technology.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing site inspections and technical assessments
• Testing underground fuel storage tanks and piping systems
• Installing and servicing cathodic protection equipment
• Recording and analyzing test data using company software
• Troubleshooting field issues and communicating findings with operations teams
• Managing inventory and supplies in your company vehicle
• Working independently after completing training

Helpful but Not Required

Experience in trades, construction, electrical work, industrial environments, commercial driving, or mechanical repair is a plus. Familiarity with DC voltage or Ohm’s Law is helpful, but we will train the right candidate.
