Job summary

ONEMESA is seeking a CP Foreman to supervise field installation of cathodic protection systems on pipelines and tanks in Houston, TX. This hands-on leadership role requires deep CP knowledge, safety focus, and the ability to coordinate a crew across multiple sites.

You will manage daily tasks, train staff, ensure compliance with NACE/OSHA standards, and communicate progress to the Project Manager. Travel is required, often 2–3 weeks at a time with per diem provided.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in cathodic protection construction or installation.
• 1+ years of experience leading cathodic protection construction crews.
• High School Diploma and a valid Class A CDL with clean driving record and ability to pass DOT drug test and physical.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate field crew activities for CP system installations on pipelines, tanks, and other structures.
• Ensure crew adherence to safety procedures, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Assign daily tasks, oversee progress, and provide on-site training or mentoring as needed.
• Conduct site safety meetings and maintain a safe work environment.
