Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in X-ray, Cath Lab, or radiology procedures training.
• Radiologic Technologist license by the Louisiana State Radiologic Technology Board of Examiners (LSRT).
• Cardio/Vascular Interventional Radiology Certification by the ARRT (R)(VI)(CV).
• American Heart Association, BLS.

Responsibilities

• Apply ionizing radiation or other energy forms during procedures.
• Scrub into procedures using sterile technique.
• Document relevant case information in the case log.
• Assist physician and support patient care during procedures.
• Maintain safety and quality imaging throughout the exam.
