Job summary

CHRISTUS Health in New Mexico seeks a Catheterization Laboratory Technologist I to support cardiac procedures by preparing the lab and operating imaging equipment. You will document patient data and hemodynamic measurements, while maintaining sterile technique and patient safety.

You will collaborate with the procedure team to optimize care and efficiency, and develop proficiency in cath lab technologies such as fluoroscopy, IVUS, and ICE; you will also serve as radiation safety representative

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Radiology program or equivalent.
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS within 6 months of hire.
• NM state licensure required; ARRT/RCIS equivalents highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lab and operate cath lab equipment for procedures.
• Document patient information and hemodynamic data.
• Maintain aseptic technique and patient safety standards.
• Serve as radiation safety representative during X-ray usage.
• Collaborate with procedure team to ensure patient care and efficiency.
