Qualifications

• ARRT-R and license as required by State or Certified Cardiovascular Technologist (CCT) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS).
• BLS (AHA) required upon hire and maintain current.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform Electrocardiograms (EKGs) to measure the heart's activity.
• Assist in cardiac catheterizations for interventional procedures.
• Prepare patients for cardiovascular tests and procedures.

Skills

Proficient computer skills

Experience in a Cardiovascular Lab

Education

ARRT-R or CCT or RCIS certification

BLS certification

ACLS certification (within 30 days of hire)
