Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Cardiac Technologist to perform invasive cardiac and vascular procedures using advanced imaging and monitoring equipment. You will work with a team to assess and treat cardiac diseases, ensuring patient safety and clear communication.

The position requires an associate degree in cardiovascular technology and RCIS certification within 12 months, with ACLS; PALS if applicable. Day shifts, 40 hours/week, no weekends or overnights.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in cardiovascular technology required.
• RCIS certification within 12 months of hire preferred or required.
• ACLS required; PALS preferred if applicable to position.

Responsibilities

• Performs invasive cardiac, peripheral vascular diagnostic, interventional and electrophysiology procedures.
• Utilizes imaging, hemodynamic monitoring and recording equipment to assess and treat cardiac and vascular disease.
• Maintain knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology and X-ray techniques; ensure patient safety and effective communication.
