Job summary

Piedmont Columbus Midtown is seeking a Cath Lab Tech, PRN, to support invasive cardiac procedures and assist physicians with lab equipment.

The role requires RCIS or nursing/respiratory/paramedic/imaging/exercise physiology education, with licensure including BCLS and ACLS; 1 year healthcare imaging or RN experience preferred, or new RCIS graduate.

This position is based at Piedmont Columbus Midtown and offers PRN hours to support our cath lab team.

Qualifications

• RCIS program or nursing/respiratory/paramedic/imaging/exercise physiology degree required
• 1 year Healthcare Imaging, Exercise Physiology, Paramedic, Respiratory, or RN experience required or
• No experience required if RCIS program graduate (RCIS within 2 years)

Responsibilities

• Assists physician in invasive cardiac procedures.
• Maintains Cath Lab equipment and supplies.
• Provides direct and indirect cardiovascular clinical care during procedures.
