Job summary

Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago, IL seeks a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist to assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring data under the Cardiologist and Radiologist. 4x10 day shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with on-call rotation participation, providing safe, high-quality patient care.

Strong teamwork and computer skills required; ARRT-R/State licensure and BCLS/ACLS as noted. New graduates welcome.

Qualifications

ARRT-R certification and state licensure required.
Experience in Interventional Radiology preferred.
Basic life support (BCLS) required at hire.
ACLS required within 30 days of hire.
Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures.
Scrub, circulate, and monitor patients while documenting physiologic and hemodynamic data.
Prepare procedure rooms, equipment, and sterile instrumentation.
Operate cardiovascular imaging equipment in accordance with departmental protocols.
Maintain procedure supplies and equipment readiness.
Adhere to quality, patient safety, radiation safety, and infection prevention standards.
Participate in performance improvement initiatives and continuing education.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the cardiovascular team to deliver exceptional patient care.
