Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago, IL, seeks a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist (Cath Lab Tech) to assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures under the guidance of Cardiologist and Radiologist. The role offers a 4x10 schedule, days, and on-call rotation with a 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

shift. The ideal candidate will be ARRT-R licensed, with BCLS and ACLS within 30 days, and previous interventional radiology experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• ARRT-R licensed as required by state.
• Experience in an interventional radiology department preferred.
• BCLS (AHA) required upon hire and maintained.
• ACLS required within 30 days of hire.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures.
• Scrub, circulate, and monitor patients while documenting physiologic and hemodynamic data.
• Prepare procedure rooms, equipment, and sterile instrumentation.
• Operate cardiovascular imaging equipment according to departmental protocols.
• Maintain procedure supplies and equipment readiness.
• Adhere to quality, patient safety, radiation safety, and infection prevention standards.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and continuing education.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the cardiovascular team to deliver exceptional patient care.
