Qualifications

• Licensed (or eligible) by the IDNS (Illinois Department of Nuclear Safety) – required
• Registered (or eligible) by ARRT (RTR) – required.
• CPR certification – Required.
• BCLS certification - Required
• ACLS certification – Preferred
• Compliant with PPD requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform all job duties and responsibilities of a Special Procedures and Cardiac Cath Technologist.
• Administer IV contrast media in accordance with department policy.
• Work directly with Radiologists and Cardiologists to ensure proper protocol and coordination of services.
