Job summary

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or cardiovascular diagnostic setting.
Certifications listed above or equivalent are required or preferred.
CPR/BCLS within the first 30 days of employment; ACLS preferred.
Proficiency in cardiovascular procedures, equipment use, and patient monitoring.

Responsibilities

Prepare the cardiac catheterization lab for procedures with all equipment and supplies.
Assist physicians during procedures using fluoroscopy, IVUS, and monitoring systems.
Monitor vital signs during procedures and document data accurately.
Position and prep patients, explain procedures to reduce anxiety.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure radiation safety and infection control.
