Qualifications

• RN knowledge of ANA standards and ethics in patient care.
• Ability to administer treatments and medications safely.
• Knowledge of stroke and other care protocols is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Record patients' medical history and symptoms for testing and follow-up.
• Administer medications, monitor dosages, and manage IV lines as needed.
• Develop and revise care plans; educate patients and families on home care.
• Provide direction to LPNs and nursing aides; supervise staff when appropriate.
• Contribute to ongoing quality improvement and patient outcomes.
