Responsibilities

• Assess patient pain regularly to promote effective pain management and reassess after intervention.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered; document care promptly in the electronic medical record.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs to deliver exceptional care.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up measures; translate medical terms for understanding.
