Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required.
• Current MO RN license or Compact State license.
• American Heart Association BLS required.
• ACLS certification required.
• PALS certification required.
• One year health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care using the nursing process and adheres to nursing ethics.
• Administers medications, provides nursing interventions, and teaches patients and families.
• Documents all patient care activities accurately to support quality measures.
• Communicates with physicians and healthcare team to improve outcomes.
• Delegates appropriately to team members while promoting teamwork and safety.
