Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Missouri or Compact State.
• American Heart Association BLS required.
• ACLS certification required.
• PALS certification required.
• One year health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow hospital policy to ensure patient safety and infection control.
• Provide nursing care including medications, interventions, and patient/family teaching.
• Document patient care accurately to support quality measures.
• Communicate patient information to physicians and care team.
• Communicate with patients and families to enhance experience and learning.
• Delegate tasks appropriately to team members.
• Adapt to changes to support hospital mission and values.
• Pursue ongoing education to develop skills and abilities.
