Job summary

Adventist Health Glendale is seeking a registered nurse to deliver coordinated nursing care in the Cath Lab Prep/Recovery area. The role requires applying the nursing process, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring safe patient care during shifts.

Qualified candidates will have RN licensure in the state, CPR/BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certification or willingness to obtain. BSN preferred; 12-hour day shifts with rotation.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice is required.
• ACLS and NIH Stroke Scale are required or must be obtained per policy.
• CPR/BLS certification required; Basic Life Support per AH policy.
• BSN preferred for candidate education.

Responsibilities

• Delivers coordinated nursing care per established standards.
• Supervises and directs activities of nursing staff across levels.
• Coordinates care with other disciplines using critical thinking and judgment.
• Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Delegates and coordinates duties of healthcare team members.
