Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-level nursing care for patients needing complex assessments and therapies.
• Monitors and interprets patient data and electronic monitoring equipment.
• Initiates life-saving interventions per nursing standards and protocols.
• Develops and revises individualized care plans; evaluates patient progress.
• Coordinates care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintains patient safety and documents care accurately and timely.
