Job summary

TriHealth Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati is seeking a PRN Day Shift Registered Nurse for the Cath Lab to provide holistic care to patients undergoing cardiac procedures, applying the nursing process to assess needs, develop care plans, and support patients and families with the procedural experience.

Work is highly collaborative with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, timely, and compassionate care, with supervision of tasks delegated to team members as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Cath lab experience with cardiac procedures.
• Valid RN license and ACLS/BLS certifications.
• BSN must be obtained within 5 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates organizational responsibilities and leads on the unit as needed.
• Evaluates and documents patient care plans with the health team.
• Delivers safe, compassionate care during cardiac procedures.
• Supports learning and adherence to TriHealth policies.
