Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered nurse licensed in the state with required certifications.
• 1+ year experience in nursing specialty or cardiovascular care.
• Knowledge of invasive cardiology procedures and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation and records.
• Develops and implements patient care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Performs IVs, wound care, catheterization, and specimen collection.
• Advocates for patient safety and rights.
• Educates patients and families based on learning needs and outcomes.
• Maintains comprehensive patient charts and documentation.
