Tenet Healthcare's Detroit Medical Center Is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cath Lab. The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, leadership within the nursing team, and collaboration with physicians and support staff to deliver high-quality cardiovascular services.

The RN will manage care, delegate tasks, monitor progress, and prepare patients for discharge, reporting to senior management and contributing to care planning and outcomes improvement.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved school of nursing.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Michigan.
• BSN preferred by the facility for Cath Lab roles.
• American Heart Association (AHA) BLS required or maintained.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with physicians and other health care providers.
• Delegates, assesses, provides and evaluates patient care.
• Provides and delegates patient care activities to team members.
• Monitors patient progress and prepares patients for discharge.
• Reports directly to senior unit management and participates in shared decision‑making.
