Job summary

Ascension is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse in Franklin, WI, within the Cath Lab, for full-time day shifts. You will deliver evidence-based nursing care, monitor patient progress, communicate vital updates to the care team, and drive discharge planning to support recovery at home.

Minimum requirements include BLS within 30 days, RN licensure in Wisconsin, and multi-state/Compact State eligibility. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or transfer date required.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing required before hire date/transfer date.
• Board of Nursing or current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care aligned with safety standards and clinical excellence.
• Advocate for patients by monitoring progress and communicating updates to the care team for timely interventions.
• Coordinate the care journey as the central link between physicians, specialists, and support staff.
• Spearhead discharge planning to ensure patients have resources and knowledge for recovery at home.
