Job summary

Froedtert Health in Manitowoc, WI is seeking a Lead Registered Nurse to support the Cardiac Catheterization Program on-site. You will collaborate with cardiology leadership to coordinate daily clinical operations and provide specialized nursing care for patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.

The role requires a BSN or higher, Wisconsin RN license (or multi-state), BLS, ACLS within 3 months, and at least 2 years in Cardiology; leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

2+ years in Cardiology with focus on cath labs; leadership preferred.
Nursing degree required (BSN or graduate).
Wisconsin RN license or multi-state license (NLC) required; BLS/ACLS as listed.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily clinical operations of the Cardiac Catheterization dept.
Train nursing staff and coordinate in-services.
Provide specialized nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac procedures.
Assist technologists and physicians; participate in research when needed.
Prepare for Joint Commission regulatory requirements; 24/7 call coverage.
