Job summary

AdventHealth in Castle Rock, CO is hiring registered nurses for a full-time, day-shift role. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates. You will assess patients, develop care plans with an interdisciplinary team, and provide education to patients and families.

Required RN licensure in Colorado with 1+ year acute care experience. ACLS/BLS certifications are required; RCIS preferred. Strong observation skills, charting accuracy, and teamwork are essential to deliver

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Colorado.
• Associate degree in nursing required; bachelor's preferred.
• 1+ year nursing experience in acute care preferred.
• BLS, ACLS certifications required; RCIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Develops and implements patient care plans with the team.
• Performs IVs, wound care, medications, catheterization, and specimen collection.
• Maintains thorough and accurate patient charts and records.
• Manages patient flow and unit resources.
• Delivers patient education and family guidance.
