Job summary

Kingman Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Nursing team. The RN will provide patient-centered care under the physician's direction in accordance with Arizona RN scope of practice.

The role requires completion of an Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma, and current Arizona RN license with BLS. Additional certifications (EKG, ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) are required within specified timeframes depending on unit assignment.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing or graduate of a Nursing Diploma program.
• Licensure: Arizona RN license or compact-state RN license.
• BLS: Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Clinical: Basic EKG competency within 3 months of hire.
• PALS: PALS certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based nursing care to prevent Healthcare Acquired Conditions and readmissions.
• Perform nursing assessments and collect patient health data.
• Develop and implement a plan of care and involve patients and families.
• Deliver nursing care in accordance with standards and multidisciplinary therapies.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Coordinate Nursing Personnel and Patient Care Quality and Satisfaction.
