Penn Medicine's Cath Lab and EPS Lab are seeking a full-time nights Clinical Nurse 2 to join The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP). The RN in this role partners with the health care team to deliver safe, patient-centered care across the nursing process for diverse patient populations.

The Clinical Nurse 2 demonstrates CQI, evidence-based practice, leadership, and teamwork; requires PA RN license, BSN, and BLS/CPR.

Qualifications

• RN PA license is required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• BSN from an accredited nursing program required.
• More than 15 months of professional nursing experience and Nurse Residency Program completion.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care applying the nursing process as a Clinical Nurse 2.
• Collaborate with interprofessional care teams to coordinate patient care.
• Demonstrate continuous quality improvement, evidence-based practice, leadership, and teamwork.
