Penn Medicine's Cath Lab at The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP) is hiring a Clinical Nurse 2 for a full-time on-site role with on-call weekends. The RN provides patient care with a focus on safety, quality, and interprofessional collaboration across all ages.

The ideal candidate holds a PA RN license and a BSN, with 15 months of nursing experience and completion of the Nurse Residency Program. On-call weekend duties may apply.

Formación

• Registered Nurse with PA licensure (Required).
• BSN from an accredited school of nursing (Required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care through the nursing process and collaborate with an interprofessional care team.
• Demonstrate competency in CQI, Evidence Based Practice, Leadership, and Teamwork.
• Ensure safety, professionalism, and patient-centered care across all age groups.
