Hackensack Meridian Health is actively seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in New Jersey. The RN will provide direct patient care within an interdisciplinary team, perform comprehensive assessments, and coordinate outcomes with physicians and support staff.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice and ongoing education to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. Requirements include a current NJ RN license, BLS/CPR certification, and preferred ACLS.

Qualifications

• NJ RN license is required
• BLS/CPR certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• BSN degree or willingness to pursue within 3 years
• Telemetry and Cath Lab experience are highly desirable
• Strong teamwork and patient-focused approach required

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to assigned patient population within the interdisciplinary team
• Perform patient assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation
• Coordinate care with physicians, peers and support services
• Document care and outcomes in the electronic medical record
• Assist with discharge planning and patient education
