Job summary

HonorHealth seeks an experienced RN for the Network Float Pool across multiple Phoenix-area campuses. This PRN, day-shift role requires at least 2 years of Cath Lab experience and focuses on stroke care within a Nurse Practice framework, patient data collection, and development of care plans in collaboration with the medical team.

Responsibilities include administering medications and IV therapies, documenting patient progress, educating patients and families, and coordinating with physicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
• All Diploma and ADN hires must complete a BSN within 60 months or have 5+ years RN experience at hire.
• Active RN license in Arizona required.

Responsibilities

• Collect health data to develop an individualized care plan.
• Administer medications and IV therapy following safety protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
• Document patient progress and outcomes.
