Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of clinical management experience relevant to patient population; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time clinical leadership for unit staff and physicians for escalated patient, process, and family issues.
• Lead quality and process improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate system and department initiatives communication across teams.
• Manage operational and capital budgets and resource use.
