Lakewood Ranch Medical Center seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for a full-time Cath Lab role with a day shift and on-call requirements. Eligible RN candidates with two or more years of experience may qualify for a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Join a team focused on high-quality patient care, professional growth, and community impact.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS at time of hire.
• Current active Florida or Compact Nursing License.
• ACLS as of start date for most units; NRP for Women''s Center at start date; NIH within 90 days for ICU/PCU; PALS/CPI/NIH as applicable for ER within 90 days; PACU: PALS within 90 days; Cath Lab: 2 years of recent critical care experience in ICU/CCU/CVICU/ED/Cath Lab.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
• Willing to train Critical Care/ER experienced RN.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills required.
