Lakewood Ranch Medical Center is seeking an RN for full-time day shift with on-call requirements. Eligible candidates with two or more years of RN experience may qualify for a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Active BLS certification at time of hire.
• Current Florida or Compact Nursing License.
• ACLS required at start date for all units.
• NRP required at start date for Women’s Center.
• PALS or CPI and NIH timelines within stated dates for relevant units.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
• Willing to train Critical Care/ER experienced RN.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, computer and customer service skills.
• Other duties as assigned.
