Job summary

Wellington Regional Medical Center in Wellington, FL, is seeking a Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) for a day shift. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week, comprehensive benefits, and a $15,000 sign-on bonus for experienced nurses. Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm with call and holiday coverage; opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (AD, Diploma, BSN or MSN).
Current Florida RN license.
Minimum of 2 years Critical Care/IR/Cath Lab experience preferred.
Current BLS and ACLS certification.
Willingness to cross-train to other areas.
Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to interventional patients under cardiology supervision.
Assist the cardiologist and imaging team during procedures and in planning, executing and evaluating care.
Willing to float to other Imaging Service areas as needed.
Recognize stroke signs and implement stroke alert processes; perform NIHSS as required.
