Methodist Dallas Medical Center in Dallas, TX seeks a Cardiovascular Tech RCIS to assist with invasive cardiovascular procedures under supervision, performing monitor tech duties, scrub and circulator tasks, and equipment operations in the cath lab.

The role requires RCIS or ARRT in lieu, AHA ACLS, and an associate or bachelor’s degree. You’ll support patient care, prepare labs, manage supplies, and ensure sterile technique during procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in science or commensurate healthcare experience.
• Current American Heart Association Advanced Cardio Life Support certification.
• RCIS certification required within six months of hire or ARRT in lieu of RCIS.
• Licenses and/or Certifications required.

Responsabilités

• Assists in teaching and orientation of students and new staff.
• Monitors patient status during procedures and operates imaging equipment under physician direction.
• Assists with scrub tech duties and circulator tasks during cath lab procedures.
• Transports patients to and from the department and maintains cath lab sterility.
• Orders supplies and maintains inventory; troubleshoots equipment problems.
